Want A Sneak Peak Into The Programs?
For my 4-week KickStart Program, no. Build and Burn is an 8-week program that is geared towards building strength and having a few dumbbells or weights is encouraged. Burn and Build can be taken without weights, but will not be as effective. 2-3 sets of dumbbells/kettlebell/plates is sufficient. One medium and one heavy set.
I will have a video of me doing every workout with you, encouraging you throughout the entire program. You will have the chance to be a part of group video calls twice per week. The video calls will be extremely important for accountability, support, questions, goal setting and more. This is how we will do virtual coaching.
You only need to do a 1-time payment. I do offer another course that you can purchase if you are interested in more workouts and coaching.
